VOILACREATORS does not sell or trade your personal information. We share it in three cases only: with the providers required to run the service (payment, eSIM delivery, email sending, customer support, hosting), with the analytics and advertising tools described in the next section when you have consented to them, and when the law requires it.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

With your consent, we use tools that place cookies on your device and send data to their providers:

• Google Analytics and Amplitude, to understand how our website and app are used
• Google Ads and Meta, to measure how well our advertising performs

Before you answer the consent banner, Google tags load in a restricted mode: nothing is stored on your device and no advertising identifier is used, but technical data (IP address, page viewed, browser type) is sent to Google.

If you accept advertising cookies, your email address is turned into an irreversible encrypted fingerprint inside your browser, then sent to Google in order to link your purchase to an ad. Your email address is never sent in readable form.

These providers may process your data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards required under the GDPR.
