Frequently Asked Questions
Your voilà referral code is available directly in the app, in the profile tab, as soon as you've made your first eSIM purchase. It's a personal and permanent code that you can copy in one quick step, then share via message, email, or on your social media. Every friend who uses it becomes your referral and earns you 5 € in credit.
You can refer up to ten people. Each referral gets 5 € off their first order and earns you 5 € in credit, so 50 € of credit at most. Once you reach that cap, your referral code stops working: a new referral can no longer use it and it no longer entitles them to the discount. The referrals already recorded and the credit you have earned stay yours.
Your €5 credit is automatically added to your voilà account as soon as your referral pays for their first eSIM order of at least €10. You don't have to do anything: the credit appears in the app and you'll be notified as soon as it's available.
Yes, each referral credit is valid for 12 months from the date you obtained it. You'll get a reminder before it expires so you don't lose anything. As long as they're active, your credits stack up from one referral to the next and remain usable on all your voilà purchases.
Your referral credits can be used on all your purchases in the voilà app: buying a new eSIM or topping up data on an existing eSIM. They are automatically deducted from your payment, and you can combine them with a promo code to reduce your order total even further.
No. The €5 discount reserved for your referral replaces any potential promo code on their first order: you can't use both together. However, your referral credits can be combined with a promo code on your own purchases, allowing you to optimize every order.
Yes, the voilà referral program is entirely free, with no subscriptions or hidden fees. You just need to have purchased a voilà eSIM to unlock your code and start referring. You earn 5 € in credit per referral, and your friend gets a 5 € discount on their first eSIM with a minimum purchase of 10 €.
Your referral enters your referral code when paying for their first eSIM order on voilà. As soon as they validate an order of at least 10 €, they immediately get a 5 € discount, and you receive 5 € in credit once their order is paid.
